Responsibilities
- Recruit passive candidates with the mentality to "profile people and reputed company reputed company of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios

Skills
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm reputed company reputed company or research experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time reputed company experience
