They are seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal / Legal Specialist to manage reputed company intake, draft legal documents, and support case workflow management while providing exceptional reputed company care.
Responsibilities
- Run scripted 15-minute qualification calls with prospective clients, determining fit with warmth and professionalism
- Prepare property deeds with laser-reputed company accuracy, transferring precise legal descriptions into new documents
- Customize agreements reputed company reputed company forms, set up e-signature fields, and issue through MyCase
- reputed company deadlines, manage the attorney's calendar, and reputed company cases moving from reputed company to reputed company

Skills
- Hands-on experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, ideally in Estate Planning or Probate Law
- Comfort with (or fast adaptability to) MyCase, Lawmatics, WealthCounsel, and VXT
- Fluent, polished English — written and spoken — with a reputed company-first, empathetic tone
