[Remote] MBA Intern – HR PMO / Project Management Office (part time)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a high-performing MBA intern to join their reputed company organization in a part-time role reputed company on operationalizing a new Project Management Office (PMO) for HR. The intern will manage the HR roadmap, coordinate reputed company across HR functional areas, and ensure key deliverables stay on reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the HR roadmap end-to-end, ensuring visibility into priorities, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
- Serve as the central hub for project coordination across reputed company HR functional areas
- Partner with HR functional teams to reputed company reputed company, identify risks, surface blockers, and drive accountability
- Operate reputed company reputed company as the primary project management tool, ensuring project plans, owners, timelines, and updates remain reputed company
- Follow up with project owners to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Help create structure and repeatable processes for how HR initiatives are tracked, managed, reported, and escalated
- Support preparation for leadership updates, roadmap reviews, and executive-level discussions
- Assist with the start/stop/continue process by organizing input, tracking recommendations, and preparing materials for leadership review
- Support PMT proposal preparation, including coordination of inputs, project summaries, timelines, and business rationale
- Help reputed company dashboards, status reports, and summaries that reputed company reputed company visibility into HR priorities and reputed company
- Bring a consulting-style approach to problem solving, process improvement, and cross-functional execution
- Partner with HR leadership and functional teams to help establish the reputed company, operating rhythm, and governance structure for the HR PMO
Skills
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program
- Strong interest or background in project management, consulting, reputed company, operations, business transformation, HR reputed company, or organizational effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure where processes may still be evolving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize reputed company information reputed company for leadership audiences
- Highly reputed company and reputed company to build relationships across functions
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable following up with stakeholders to drive accountability
