[Remote] Data Engineer Sr.

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of ETL processes, covering the full systems development life cycle and collaborating with data architects and users to ensure effective data management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with users, business analysts, developers, database administrators, and project managers on reporting needs
- Collaborates with data architect to create conceptual, logical, and physical data models for reporting databases
- Implements changes and reputed company post-implementation user support and reputed company
- Identifies and advocates beneficial change opportunities
- Acts as a technical resource for application and data users, data administrators and others
- Ensures compliance with TriWest HIPAA, reputed company and government reputed company policies
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or reputed company field with programming and database systems coursework or equivalent database development experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must be reputed company to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final reputed company (DoD) background investigation
- 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role
- 2+ years of experience with Azure
- 3+ years of experience developing data integration reputed company reputed company reputed company in Python, R, SQL, or equivalent
- Experience in ETL with both reputed company and semi-reputed company data
- Experience in gathering business requirements from cross functional teams
- Experience with SDLC processes and DevOps
- 2+ years of experience with Data Bricks preferably reputed company Azure reputed company
- 3+ years of experience with Python
- Experience with Data Governance
- Experience with SQL Server and reputed company in Azure reputed company
- Experience with x12 data file formats
- Understanding of ANSI and T-SQL
- Experience with data analysis in the reputed company industry
