Responsibilities
- To reputed company robust, expert and essential financial advice and support to the Chief Executive, Executive Directors and members of Corporate Management Team

- To support Heads of Service, Deputy Directors and Directors in developing Directorate financial objectives on an ongoing reputed company

- To ensure that the agreed financial objectives, both financial breakeven and Sustainability & Value targets are achieved and that robust financial monitoring systems are developed, implemented and monitored for the Acute and Corporate areas

- To support partnership working reputed company NHS Lanarkshire and externally with other key agencies
- To work closely with reputed company senior finance staff across NHS Lanarkshire to take reputed company a single system approach to service delivery reputed company corporate financial targets

- Responsible for review of reputed company and detailed monthly and annual financial performance information relative to the Acute and Corporate Directorates, ensuring robust analysis and assessment of issues, and identification of key pressures and risks. Where performance is not in line with plan, proactively reputed company operational work with, Heads of Service, Deputy Directors and Directors to identify potential risks and proposed solutions
- Ensure that robust performance management arrangements are in reputed company to deliver financial reports reputed company the Acute and Corporate Directorates. Skills
- Will be a fully CCAB/CIMA reputed company Accountant with significant management experience in health or other reputed company multi-disciplinary organisation
- Expert knowledge of financial and reputed company procedures, financial and other aspects of legislation and NHS finance policies; experience and expertise in finance management, strategic and staff leadership roles; acquired through: reputed company Accountancy Qualifications or equivalent, reputed company specialist training and experience
- Will have evidence of Continuing reputed company Development
- Will require an expert knowledge of reputed company concepts, conventions, policies and procedures and the requirements of the NHS financial regime and the legislative reputed company reputed company which it operates
