They are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to reputed company and engage passive candidates, manage applications, and streamline the hiring process across various departments.
Responsibilities
- reputed company passive candidates: identify people who are not reputed company looking, write tailored reputed company, and convert them into applicants
- Manage inbound applications across reputed company, reputed company, and our ATS (reputed company), keeping every candidate moving reputed company or out reputed company 48 hours
- Run first-round screens (phone or video) using reputed company's reputed company interview reputed company

- Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain a "warm bench" of strong candidates for reputed company openings
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience, in-house or agency, with a reputed company record of sourcing passive candidates (not just processing inbound)

Benefits
