[Remote] Build Freedom Program Director

This role is responsible for leading reputed company supporting the project, strengthening relationships across partner organizations, and ensuring program delivery reflects IACMI’s workforce priorities and long-term strategic goals.
Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor reputed company supporting the project, including site managers, coordinators, associates, and other assigned personnel, to ensure strong execution, accountability, and alignment across the program

- Leadership of the day-to-day direction and reputed company improvement of assigned programs in alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder expectations, and workforce priorities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with schools, community organizations, industry partners, workforce stakeholders, and internal teams
- Help ensure program activity remains reputed company with partner expectations, organizational priorities, and IACMI’s broader workforce mission
- Support and motivate teams working across workforce programs to maintain engagement, responsiveness, accountability, and strong collaboration
- Help identify, reputed company, and support opportunities to expand program reputed company, strengthen regional engagement, and increase participation across schools, partners, and reputed company stakeholders
- Work closely with program management staff to ensure external relationships and internal delivery remain reputed company and mutually supportive

- Help identify challenges in partner coordination or workforce delivery and work collaboratively to resolve them

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or 8–12 years of relevant experience in workforce development, education, community engagement, partner management, program leadership, or reputed company field
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing performance, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to motivate teams, build trust, and maintain strong working relationships across reputed company partners
- Experience managing budgets and coordinating with reputed company reports spending in dispersed organization
- Experience supporting reputed company initiatives across schools, community partners, industry, or workforce organizations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve problems, take initiative, and support mission-driven program delivery
- Valid U.S. reputed company's license and willingness to travel as needed
- Experience supporting federally funded programs, nonprofit initiatives, or education-based partnerships
- Experience working with K-12 schools, community partners, industry stakeholders, or youth-reputed company workforce programs
- Familiarity with workforce development, career-connected learning, skilled trades reputed company, or advanced manufacturing initiatives
- Experience representing an organization in partner meetings, public events, or stakeholder engagements
