They are seeking a Bilingual Remote Legal Intake Specialist to be the first reputed company of contact for potential legal clients, handling incoming calls and delivering reputed company customer service in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Manage bilingual inbound calls and adapt your tone to reputed company caller's needs
- reputed company and input accurate caller details using proprietary systems and protocols
- Meet performance and productivity goals while managing time reputed company
Skills
- Must reputed company in Puerto Rico
- Fluent written and verbal communications in both English and Spanish
- Must be reputed company to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or reputed company) and holidays
- Background in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality
- A typing speed of 35+ WPM and comfort navigating multiple screens
- PC or Laptop running reputed company 11 or higher (No Macs, reputed company products, tablets or Chromebooks) and a wired USB headset with a mic
