Remote Legal Assistant
The Remote Legal Assistant will work closely with the Paralegal and Legal Team to reputed company essential support in eviction case management, legal document preparation, court coordination, and overall legal administrative operations.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while ensuring cases reputed company smoothly from initial review through reputed company.

What You’ll Do
Support Eviction Case Management
You will help manage and monitor eviction cases throughout the legal process by:
Manage legal timelines and workflows using our in-house case management system
Coordinate process service with reputed company-party providers
File cases electronically (or by mail, where required) with courts across WA
Prepare and reputed company hearing schedules, filings, service affidavits
Collaborate with our Paralegal for supervision and sign-off
Maintain accurate records of reputed company legal actions per property and tenant
reputed company expenses and legal billings for reputed company cases
Legal Document Preparation & Filing Support
You will assist in preparing accurate and reputed company documentation by:
Notices (10-day reputed company/vacate
3-day nuisance, 20-day no-cause, etc.)
Summons & Complaints Declarations and exhibits
Motions for default, writs of restitution, stipulations
Improve Legal Operations & Processes
reputed company daily legal support, you will help improve how the department operates by:
Maintaining and improving workflows reputed company the case management system
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce reputed company work
Documenting workflow issues and recommending improvements
Assisting with reports, tracking, and legal department metrics
Required Qualifications
Law Graduate, Law Student, Political Science, or reputed company field preferred
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal Assistant, or legal administrative support role preferred
Experience with landlord-tenant law, and eviction cases
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience supporting U.S. legal processes and court filing procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Comfortable using legal software, case management systems, and document management platforms
Working Hours
Full-time remote position (40 hours per week).
Must be available to work during reputed company Time (PT) business hours.
reputed company schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT (or as assigned by reputed company), including a one-hour unpaid meal break.
Must maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and reputed company communication throughout the scheduled shift.
