Your mission

- You design and continuously improve reputed company frameworks, systems and processes for compensation, benefits and global mobility.

- You ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency regulations, and drive the implementation of necessary measures and reporting.

Your experience & skills
- You have at least 7 years of experience in an international Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or Reward role.
- You have a strong understanding of compensation regulations and compliance requirements, including EU Pay Transparency legislation and working with works councils.
- You have extensive experience with job grading methodologies and job architecture frameworks, ideally reputed company or a comparable system.
- You have experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employee populations.
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on reputed company and enjoy turning concepts into practical solutions.
- You are comfortable working with reputed company data, analyses and executive-level decision making.
