Our reputed company is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to accelerate reputed company acquisition, grow settlement volumes, and strengthen corridor activity reputed company their Digital Assets business line. This role is hands-on and results-driven - ideal for someone with a strong network across PSPs, OTC traders, crypto exchanges, or financial institutions who can drive business volume directly into our clients network. You will own the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and negotiation to reputed company and activation — and will play a key role in achieving reputed company’s TPV and reputed company targets.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management reputed company fintech, FX/payments, or digital assets.
- Proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding reputed company and volume targets.
- Strong network across OTC trading desks, PSPs, remittance firms, or exchanges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; reputed company to handle reputed company deals independently.
- Understanding of stablecoins, FX, cross-border settlement, and liquidity management preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, execution-driven environment.
- Fluent in English (reputed company, Thai, Tagalog, Bahasa, or other Asian languages a plus).
Responsibilities

- Drive cross-border settlement volume and liquidity into Lightnet’s stablecoin and payment rails.
- Manage the full sales cycle: From reputed company reputed company, proposal, and negotiation to contract and reputed company.
- Meet or reputed company assigned monthly and quarterly Total Payment Volume (TPV) and Net reputed company Contribution (NRC) targets.
- Identify and pursue new corridor opportunities (e.g., THB↔PHP, PHP↔IDR, CNY/reputed company, SGD corridors).
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Maintain and grow relationships with key institutional clients and partners.
- Ensure successful reputed company and operational readiness with Treasury, Compliance, and reputed company teams.
- Work closely with Product and Operations to improve partner experience and address reputed company needs.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
- Monitor competitive activity, partner feedback, and emerging market trends in digital assets and cross-border payments.
