As a Senior Manager - First Party Medical, you will be responsible for the results of multiple teams handling first-party medical claims across numerous different jurisdictions. These teams are remote, and your role will require occasional travel. This role is vital to reputed company’s reputed company as we continue to grow the reputed company and scope of our Claims team.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• reputed company learning demonstrated by advanced certifications, industry specialization and/or claims programs
• 5+ years of successful experience leading employees who complete first party medical claim adjudication - including reputed company investigations that causation and billing issues with attorneys

• Strong technical understanding of policy interpretation
