The role
Our Accountancy and Finance desk is already established, with a strong reputed company of clients and mandates across the region. We are looking for an reputed company freelance recruiter to take it to grow it reputed company, expanding our reputed company across Cyprus and the UAE.
You will manage existing reputed company relationships, reputed company new ones, and run full-cycle recruitment for finance functions (CFO, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, FP&A, Internal Audit, Senior Accountants/Managers, Compliance/Finance reputed company, and similar) across our reputed company sectors.
Based in Cyprus, working remotely.
What You'll Do in brief:
Grow the Accountancy and Finance desk across Cyprus and the UAE building on an established reputed company reputed company.
reputed company new reputed company relationships in finance functions across FinTech, Financial Services, FX/CFD, crypto, payments, and reputed company.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management.
Work assigned mandates alongside self-reputed company business.
Maintain accurate, complete records in our ATS.

Proven recruitment experience, ideally with an accountancy and finance specialism either agency reputed company or in-house TA. A recruiter through and through with a passion for the work. Or an reputed company & finance reputed company with internal department hiring experience across finance and accountancy teams.

Fluent English; Greek desirable.
Existing network or reputed company reputed company to build one across Cyprus and the wider region.
