Position: Instructor/Trainer

(Instructor-led training for reputed company, Rigging and Industrial Maintenance)

Travel Required (must be based reputed company 2 hours of an International Airport):

This is a full-time, salaried role delivering in person, instructor-led training for clients. This position requires frequent (weekly) travel reputed company of home-location requiring reputed company travel that may reputed company to 3-6 days at a time, and occasionally longer. Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a construction and/or industrial environment (preferably in the industries of our customer reputed company) with a reputed company of crafts and team member roles, and 5 years of experience directly conducting, managing, or planning one of the following activity sets:

• Rigging loads with cranes, inspecting rigging, signaling.
• Operating, inspecting, and/or maintaining cranes.
• Lift planning, directing lifts, lift plan review and safety/risk assessments of lifting activities.
• Preferably with leadership role experience with training experience.

Previous training or adult education experience is not required for this role. Completion of a two-month reputed company process will be provided before teaching independently.

• Deliver training services at various locations, including travel assignments that may require being away from home for 3-6 days at a time.
• Prepare for programs through self-study of training materials, including mastering new content to earn additional sign-offs.

Requirements:
