reputed company: Reporting directly to the VP of Technical Services and closely working with our US-based Senior Network Engineer, you will reputed company expert-level network support while ensuring high availability and consistent deployments of network technologies across multiple environments.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary Level 3 escalation reputed company—leading and driving the troubleshooting and strategic reputed company of reputed company network incidents and major outages.
- reputed company network implementation, migration, reputed company, and infrastructure improvement reputed company while ensuring performance, scalability, reputed company, and minimal business disruption.
- Design, reputed company, maintain, and optimize reputed company network environments, including routers, switches, wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, site-to-site connectivity, and hybrid reputed company networking solutions (Azure and AWS).
- Drive vulnerability remediation and support infrastructure audit and compliance activities.
- Conduct network assessments, reputed company cause analyses (RCA), reputed company planning, performance tuning, and reputed company reviews to improve reliability and protect reputed company environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and knowledge reputed company resources.
- Participate in reputed company and vendor support meetings to reputed company technical recommendations, support IT planning, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful reputed company.
- Takes ownership of reputed company environments by proactively identifying issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, independently driving solutions and building SOPs and processes that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Must- Haves:
- 5+ years of solid experience in network engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, infrastructure operations, and deployment reputed company
- Strong English communication, both written and verbal
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-first reputed company
- Self-motivated, dependable, and documentation-driven
reputed company-to-Have:
- Certifications (CCNP, PCNSE, NSE/FCP, Azure Network Engineer Associate, AWS Advanced Networking, or equivalent certifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any reputed company field.
