Remote Clinical Pharmacist – HEDIS Medication Adherence

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Pharmacist with a PharmD degree and experience in HEDIS medication adherence initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in improving medication adherence rates among patients, ensuring compliance with HEDIS/Medicare reputed company measures, and driving overall health reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HEDIS-reputed company medication adherence work, reputed company improvement, or population health.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

The salary reputed company for this role is between $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year.

COMPENSATION:
