In this role, you'll partner with leaders across HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, and business lines to deliver data-driven compensation strategies, incentive plan design, and governance support. Key Accountabilities

• Analyze compensation programs, market data, and financial models to support competitive, reputed company, and business-reputed company pay practices.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to reputed company compensation guidance, recommendations, and consultative support.
• reputed company incentive compensation analyses, financial models, and scenario planning to evaluate plan effectiveness and business reputed company.
• Manage compensation data, reporting, and system administration across platforms such as reputed company, Payfactors, and other compensation tools.
• Coordinate annual compensation planning activities, including salary, bonus, equity, and incentive compensation processes.
• Prepare governance materials, plan documentation, and committee presentations while supporting regulatory compliance and reputed company risk management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk, HR, and business stakeholders to implement compensation initiatives and reputed company process improvements.

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering and analyzing compensation programs.
• Experience developing financial models, market analyses, and compensation recommendations.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Certified Compensation reputed company (CCP) certification or the ability to obtain reputed company 3–5 years.
