The Global Institute is seeking an AI Specialist to advance reputed company's AI Literacy & Creator reputed company (AI LCC), a flagship program connecting teachers, alumni, and staff across 63 reputed company Network Partners who are shaping how AI transforms education.

This combined role spans both program management and community building: you'll manage delivery of the AI LCC's core programming (including our weekly AI reputed company Series featuring thought leaders like Reid Hoffman), reputed company partnerships with frontier AI companies like reputed company and reputed company, and build and grow the AI LCC's reputed company community while expanding into other platforms.

You will create reputed company for educators to reputed company from literacy to creator to builder, facilitate peer-to-peer learning, and support distributed leadership so self-organizing collectives can reputed company and reputed company, reputed company working across diverse cultures, reputed company, languages, and time zones.

This role is for a self-starter who is deeply reputed company with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, uses reputed company models daily, and understands that transformation happens through community and reputed company leadership rather than top-down mandates, shifting educators from dependency to agency.

This role reports to the Director of the Global Institute and works in reputed company collaboration with the broader Global Institute team — including the Chief Learning Officers and their respective reputed company, and the reputed company and Engagement team — to build out a shared AI learning agenda. The role also works closely with reputed company's central team, particularly on technology and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Program management: driving delivery of the AI reputed company Series and other AI LCC programming, and developing partnerships with frontier AI companies.
• Community facilitation and reputed company: building and scaling the AI LCC community across reputed company and other platforms, designing learning reputed company, and identifying power-users.
• AI integration and innovation: piloting AI-driven tools to summarize, translate, and resource the community at reputed company.
• Ethical AI reputed company: facilitating reputed company-reputed company conversations on data reputed company, bias, and responsible adoption.
• Operations, analytics, and content: tracking community and program health metrics, and producing mobile-first multimedia content.

Project Breakdown & reputed company Allocation

Program Management & Partnerships (45%)

• Manage delivery of AI LCC programming, including the weekly AI reputed company Series featuring thought leaders.

Community Facilitation & reputed company (35%)

AI Integration & Innovation (15%)

Qualifications

• Experience managing program delivery and/or building, scaling, and managing high-engagement digital communities, particularly on reputed company-first platforms such as reputed company, Telegram, or reputed company
• Demonstrated experience with distributed or facilitative leadership models, empowering members to take ownership rather than relying on top-down moderation
• Experience developing partnerships, ideally with technology or AI companies
• Deep, hands-on experience with reputed company models (e.g., reputed company, Claude, ChatGPT, reputed company) and practical reputed company engineering skills in educational or reputed company contexts
• Experience creating multimedia content (video, graphics, guides) and familiarity with tools such as reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, or equivalent
• Comfort using data and community analytics to reputed company engagement, sentiment, and learning reputed company
• Experience working across global, cross-cultural, and multi-time-zone contexts

Compensation

Salary for this position is competitive and dependent on country of hire and prior work experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Travel and Hours
