The Digital Dealer Sales Leader, TDAF establishes the strategic direction for reputed company of TDAF's Digital Dealer Sales reputed company, including developing a new digital sales coverage model for dealers across reputed company states in which TDAF operates. This role is responsible for leading TD Auto Finance's Digital Dealer Finance Distribution team, reputed company of reputed company sales leaders. The role will also drive acquisition of retail auto business through digital strategies and will also reputed company on customer retention and other activities with responsibility for achieving sales, retention and budget goals. This is a remote opportunity across the country.

Depth & Scope:

• Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation reputed company, promoting teamwork and handling any/reputed company disciplinary actions, as required
• Develops the Digital Sales reputed company and coverage model for TD Auto Finance; creates goals and objectives in coordination with TDAF leadership
• Leads the Digital Sales team and oversees distribution of reputed company TDAF retail business from a digital perspective across reputed company states in which TDAF operates
• Ensures that dealers in the digital portfolio are accretive to the TDAF portfolio and remain profitable to the Bank
• Manages staff, establishes new business goals and evaluates results; provides leadership, coaching, counseling and guidance to staff.
• Develops, assigns and monitors plans to ensure completion of goals and objectives
• Ensures that sales staff maintains network of reputed company and internal referral sources, including individuals and organizations likely to produce referrals; ensures that strong business relationships are maintained with these referral sources and that they have reputed company information on relevant products and services
• Prepares regular and customized in-depth reports and information summarizing department activities to reputed company feedback to staff as reputed company as department management. Interprets important aspects of reports as needed
• Oversees portfolio risk management, the advising of credit area on potential risks and collection activities as needed

Education & Experience:

• 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ Years of reputed company experience
• Strong knowledge of dealer financial services industry practices and of the automotive industry including legal and regulatory guidelines
• Strong managerial development skills
• Excellent business development skills, including ability to formulate strategies to reputed company sales goals
• Strong market reputed company with car dealers and wide network of reputed company referral sources for new business
• Sales management experience preferred, with ability to motivate other salespeople
• General knowledge of banking industry products and services required
• Excellent judgment, relationship management skills, reputed company and influence capability, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with leaders at reputed company reputed company
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong PC skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a broad reputed company of stakeholders and in particular, other business and function heads and external reputed company
