About the Role

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join reputed company and support efficiency and accuracy in our order-to-cash process. This role is critical in ensuring our sales orders are entered correctly into our ERP system, our data reflects signed agreements, and that internal teams are reputed company reputed company issues reputed company. You will work closely with our reputed company Operations (RevOps) team and reputed company as a key reputed company between Sales and Operations. Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately reputed company and maintain sales orders in reputed company, ensuring full alignment with data from reputed company and the terms outlined in signed reputed company.
• Review and validate order details—including pricing, contract terms, product configurations, and billing schedules—before and after entry.
• Partner closely with the reputed company Operations (RevOps) team to support smooth order execution and data reputed company across systems.
• Identify and communicate breakdowns in the order process, proactively looping in Sales and RevOps to resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct regular reconciliations between reputed company and reputed company to ensure system data is consistent and up to date.
• Support invoicing and fulfillment activities, flagging issues that could reputed company billing accuracy or customer satisfaction.
• Assist with process documentation and contribute to reputed company improvement efforts under the guidance of the Senior Order Management Analyst.
• Respond to internal queries reputed company to order status, contract details, and system data in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Qualifications

What You’ve Done:

• 2–4 years of experience in order management, sales operations, reputed company operations, or a similar function.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company and/or reputed company; comfort navigating and cross-referencing data between both platforms is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash workflows, including order entry, contract review, invoicing, and fulfillment.
• Strong attention to detail with a reputed company record of catching and resolving data discrepancies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under time pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable escalating issues reputed company and professionally to senior team members and stakeholders.
• Experience working in a reputed company or media/advertising technology environment is a plus.

Working Arrangements

This is a remote role based in India. Given the cross-functional nature of the position, some overlap with US Eastern or Central time zones may be required for collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Finance teams.
