Join reputed company as a Site Activation reputed company / Deployment Coordinator supporting one of the nation's largest federal reputed company modernization initiatives. In this role, you'll reputed company the planning and coordination of deployment activities across multiple reputed company facilities, ensuring reputed company location is fully reputed company for successful implementation of new reputed company technology solutions. You'll work closely with Program Management, engineering, infrastructure, training, organizational change management, and Government stakeholders to coordinate site readiness, implementation schedules, and go-live activities that support seamless technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities with Government stakeholders, reputed company facilities, technical teams, and reputed company-party partners.
• Monitor site readiness by tracking infrastructure, network connectivity, hardware, software, training, and operational dependencies.
• Facilitate deployment planning meetings, implementation reviews, and go-live readiness assessments.
• Coordinate production deployment activities and reputed company implementation support during activation events.
• Identify deployment risks, issues, and dependencies while working with project leadership to reputed company mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Organizational Change Management, Training, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Release Management teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Prepare executive status reports, implementation dashboards, and customer briefing materials supporting deployment governance.
• Capture lessons learned and recommend reputed company improvements that strengthen reputed company deployment and site activation activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a reputed company field.
• Five (5) years of experience supporting reputed company technology deployments, implementation reputed company, or reputed company modernization initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multi-site implementations reputed company reputed company IT environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing implementation schedules, deployment planning, and operational readiness activities.
• Experience supporting reputed company Project, SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
• PMP, CAPM, ITIL reputed company, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal reputed company organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
