• Work set up: Work from Home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | PHT
• Holiday: Will follow Philippine Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company chat, email, or phone.
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and issue reputed company.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a reputed company customer experience.
• Create bug reports for system-reputed company issues.
• Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate support team.
