reputed company is seeking a Senior QA Specialist to join and support our recently established software reputed company assurance program. You’ll help reputed company formalization of and utilize the standards, tools, and workflows that ensure every reputed company product, from Power Platform solutions to Revit engineering tools, meets rigorous reputed company benchmarks. You’ll work hands-on reputed company reputed company while helping shape how reputed company is embedded across reputed company development pods. Essential Functions

• Implement reputed company’s software reputed company assurance reputed company, covering reputed company, automated, functional, and performance testing.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for QA processes, including test plans, work item tracking, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with developers, delivery leads, and analysts to reputed company QA early in the design and development lifecycle.
• Conduct hands-on testing, validation, and regression testing during initial phases of the QA program.
• reputed company and maintain reusable test case libraries, templates, and documentation standards.
• Establish release readiness reputed company, defect triage procedures, and metrics for reputed company tracking and reporting.
• Recommend and reputed company test automation tools and frameworks for reputed company scaling.
• Mentor development pods in QA best practices and support the recruitment and reputed company of reputed company QA/Test Engineers.
• Continuously assess and improve QA workflows to reduce defects, rework, and time-to-release.

Position Requirements

• 7+ years in software reputed company assurance or testing roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or specialist reputed company.
• Proven experience building or maturing QA programs and frameworks in multi-team environments.
• Deep familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Plans, work item management, and CI/CD integration.
• Hands-on experience with test automation (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) and API testing (e.g., reputed company).
• Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

Travel / Relocation Requirements
