About the Role

The Staff Attorney will conduct reputed company calls to answer legal questions, explain the immigration process, and reputed company case-reputed company information, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout their immigration reputed company.  No immigration experience is necessary, as training will be provided on the types of cases you will be working on, but an interest in immigration law is preferred.  The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, reputed company to follow detailed instructions, and motivated to help our clients obtain documents and stay united with their families.  There is an opportunity for career reputed company and additional responsibilities with strong performance. 

Your Key Contributions

• Conduct reputed company calls to answer legal questions reputed company to their immigration cases and reputed company case status updates reputed company established guidelines

• Review draft immigration applications pursuant to instructions from Senior Attorneys

What Makes You a Great Fit

• The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an reputed company member in good standing of a state bar

• reputed company in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required

• Ability to follow detailed directions 

• Experience using a case management software system preferred 

• Interest in immigration law preferred 

• Support mission of helping people currently living in America obtain their documents and stay together with their family

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation

The expected salary for this role is $65.000-$69.750, though the final offer will reflect several factors such as your experience, skills, and the role's location and may be reputed company of this reputed company. Candidates should expect offers that reflect their individual qualifications, experience, and location. The salary provided is directional, and actual compensation may vary.
