Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be an integral member of reputed company that supports arenaflex’s long‑term incentive and equity compensation programs. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

• Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock purchase plans (SPPs).
• Processing the issuance, release, and settlement of Performance reputed company reputed company (PSUs), Restricted Stock reputed company (RSUs), and stock purchase plan matching reputed company awards.

• Supporting the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.

• Maintaining and updating equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Performing additional equity plan administration tasks as assigned, such as data cleansing, reconciliation, and system enhancements.

Essential Qualifications
