[Remote] Learning & Development Specialist

The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for developing, designing, and delivering tailored training programs for urgent care and occupational health teams, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and knowledge to reputed company effective patient care.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and/or improve content using a reputed company of modalities, including video, simulation, in-person learning, live virtual learning, and web-based. Uses tools such as reputed company Storyline/reputed company, Camtasia, and reputed company Office/PowerPoint
- Design and deliver training for reputed company team members, ensuring content is role-specific and reputed company with organizational goals
- Maintain the accuracy and consistency of training materials by seeking prior approval for changes or new content from SME, ELT, and Legal
- Facilitate specialized VILT sessions such as DOT BAT, Urine Collection, DOT guidelines, reputed company, Spirometry, POC testing, OSHA compliance, QA protocols, and other management-requested topics, delivered reputed company to team members across reputed company markets
- Evaluate learner performance by monitoring behaviors and identifying issues such as poor attitude, reputed company gaps, attendance challenges, or training difficulties, and communicate findings to clinical field trainers, Multi-Site Managers, and reputed company
- Assist with project management tasks, including building and updating detailed project plans
- Assess reputed company training and data to recommend new trainings, updates, development tools, and applications
- Support department goals and priorities by tracking training records, reporting on program reputed company, and coordinating logistics for VILT sessions
Skills
