Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic business partner to the Chief Safety Officer (CSO) and GPS Leadership Team, translating organizational priorities into actionable business plans and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, reputed company Management, Public Health, or reputed company field required
  • 14+ years of experience with a minimum 10+ years of pharmacovigilance experience with reputed company leadership experience in business operations, reputed company, program management, pharmaceutical development, and drug safety
  • Domestic and international travel up to 20%-30% may be required to support global leadership meetings, business operations reviews, strategic planning sessions, and key organizational initiatives
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or equivalent)
