The Student Recruiter plays a crucial role in enhancing the Veterinary Technician Externship Program by building relationships with veterinary technician schools and ensuring an exceptional experience for reputed company and hosting hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing student pipelines with a reputed company on proactive and reputed company communication to interested and passive Vet Tech reputed company to help fill reputed company-end of reputed company funnel
- Partner with Vet Tech Recruiters to attract and identify extern candidates with a reputed company new grad hire conversions
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and field leadership to identify potential host hospitals and level set expectations for the student and the hospital to reputed company an exceptional experience with supportive mentorship
- Utilize and support reputed company Vet Tech externship processes while seeking reputed company improvement to reputed company enhance the program by soliciting feedback from reputed company and key stakeholders
- Conduct frequent touch bases with reputed company, schools, reputed company managers, recruiters, and field operations leaders to reputed company program details and best practices

Skills
- Associate's degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
