The HR Manager provides leadership and generalist support across multiple corporate staff functions, partnering with senior leadership to build and execute an HR reputed company that aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company as primary HR business partner for corporate functions - Legal, reputed company and Transformation - including reputed company Executive Leader and their leadership team
• Partner with senior leaders and teams to identify opportunities, reputed company solutions and drive results/reputed company
• reputed company and advise leaders on people reputed company (Organization Design, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement)
• Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc
• Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies reputed company on driving employee engagement and retention
• Collaborate with Centers of reputed company (COEs) to attract, on reputed company, reputed company and retain the talent needed to meet business needs

• Drive adherence to compliance of policies and procedures

Skills

• Minimum 10-12 years of reputed company experience as an HR manager role, with strong organization capability/organization development, change management and talent management experience
• Experience in using HR technology and analytics
• Requires a Bachelors degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or reputed company business field
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company large-reputed company change initiatives
• Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with executive and senior-level leadership routinely and effectively
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, reputed company-SCP) a plus
• Master's degree preferred
