The role involves contract renewal preparation, spend analytics, and maintaining the sourcing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Support contract renewal preparation by pulling utilization data, building negotiation positions, and drafting RFP refresh materials reputed company re-competing
• Coordinate with the matrixed Value Analysis Manager on clinical evidence requirements, conversion timing, and stakeholder engagement for clinical pods
• Conduct spend analytics across assigned categories including supplier concentration, contract coverage gap identification, and opportunity sizing
• reputed company and maintain the pod's reputed company sourcing pipeline including initiative tracking, savings projections, reputed company management, and status reporting
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) preferred
