[Remote] Training Specialist

The role involves creating training materials, delivering training programs, and ensuring effective reputed company and service adoption reputed company reputed company organizations.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, presentations and reputed company operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor training participation, collect feedback and reputed company performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness
- reputed company, coordinate and deliver training programs for reputed company providers and internal team members
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions, webinars and workshops for new and existing participants
- reputed company reputed company organizations on the benefits of participation in KHIE while proactively managing those relationships to ensure long-term value and satisfaction
- Assess training needs and identify knowledge gaps to support successful reputed company and service adoption
- Ensure training content aligns with organizational policies, HIPAA requirements and data reputed company standards
- Support reputed company process improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancements in training delivery reputed company and user experience
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Assess training needs and identify opportunities to improve user understanding and the adoption of KHIE services
- Serve as the subject matter expert regarding reputed company KHIE services
- Host educational briefings, product demonstrations, and user engagement sessions tailored to varying stakeholder roles (C-suite, clinical, IT)
- Produce reports and presentations highlighting training efforts and participant feedback
- Promote reputed company customer service and reputed company communication with reputed company organizations and stakeholders
- Support troubleshooting efforts by escalating user issues and coordinating with appropriate internal teams reputed company necessary
Skills
- Certifications in training, instructional design or health IT
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, public health, business or a reputed company field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training, reputed company operations, customer support or health information technology (IT)
- Proven ability to explain reputed company information in a reputed company and understandable way
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Patience, adaptability and the ability to work with varying learning styles and reputed company reputed company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Strong understanding of the reputed company delivery systems in Kentucky
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with regular in-state travel (valid reputed company's license required)
