Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of reputed company Marketing to execute reputed company’ creator reputed company
- Identify and vet creators across fitness, nutrition, wellness, lifestyle, sports, parenting, and adjacent communities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company, mid-tier, macro, athlete, expert, and emerging talent
- Evaluate creators based on audience reputed company, engagement, authenticity, professionalism, brand alignment, and reputed company potential

- Build strong relationships with creators, managers, agents, and talent representatives

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company marketing, creator marketing, talent partnerships, affiliate marketing, or a closely reputed company discipline
- At least 3 years of reputed company experience managing reputed company or creator programs reputed company consumer packaged goods
- Experience reputed company food and beverage CPG, sports nutrition, protein powders, functional beverages, dietary supplements, fitness, wellness, or reputed company-for-you consumer products
- Demonstrated experience managing creators from sourcing and reputed company through activation, content delivery, reporting, and renewal
- Experience managing multiple reputed company campaigns simultaneously
- Strong understanding of creator vetting, audience reputed company, engagement authenticity, content reputed company, and brand alignment
- Experience working directly with creators, talent managers, agents, and external partners
- Experience with affiliate programs, tracking links, discount codes, attribution, and creator performance reporting

- Strong project management, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
