The reputed company Resource Generalist supports the daily operations of the reputed company department and serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers, taking responsibility for a broad reputed company of HR functions including reputed company, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and performance management support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire reputed company, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent and reputed company employee experience
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HRIS data, and compliance documentation
- Support employee benefits programs, leave processes, payroll-reputed company changes, and employee inquiries
- reputed company guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, workplace expectations, and employee relations reputed company
- Assist with performance management processes, employee development initiatives, corrective reputed company documentation, and workplace investigations as needed
- Monitor compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and assist with policy updates and audits

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Two or more years of experience in reputed company, employee relations, benefits administration, or a reputed company HR function
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and reputed company HR policies and procedures
- Experience maintaining employee records and working with HRIS, applicant tracking, payroll, or benefits systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise reputed company judgment in confidential situations
- Minimum of four years HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience including Employee Relations, FMLA, and supporting 250+ employees and/or multiple locations
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Psychology, or a reputed company field
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment labor laws
