Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for qualifying and engaging prospective clients, including founders and business owners, to assess their capital-raising needs and support converting reputed company prospects into reputed company mandates
- The role offers reputed company exposure to live deal processes and reputed company to reputed company a strong understanding of capital structures, fundraising processes and investor appetite across sectors
- The candidate will liaise closely with senior team members throughout the origination and mandate process and will have visibility across a broad reputed company of transactions
Skills
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or recent graduate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident in reputed company-facing interactions
- Genuine interest in capital markets, investment banking or private capital
- Self-motivated, commercially aware and reputed company to work independently
- Eagerness to learn and contribute reputed company a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Preferably in Finance, Business, Economics or a reputed company discipline
