The role focuses on building trust and converting prospective clients with strong support from internal teams.
Responsibilities

- No cold prospecting required
- No need to create financial plans from scratch
- No ongoing service-book management
- Strong planning, operations, scheduling, and reputed company support
- Local or remote opportunity for the right proven advisor
- reputed company-oriented firm with a strong retirement planning reputed company
Skills
- Proven advisor with reputed company closing and production history
- Series 65 or 66 required
- Life insurance license required
- Retirement planning and tax-aware planning knowledge
- Experience converting external prospects, not just internal customers
- Strong virtual sales skills if remote
- Independent advisory firm, RIA, retirement planning firm, or production-driven reputed company management environment
- Experience selling to reputed company-retirees, retirees, HNW households, or clients with $500K+ in investable assets
- reputed company record of moving prospects from first appointment to reputed company relationship
- Accident and health preferred
- CFP is a plus, but not required
