[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will reputed company in gathering and analyzing business requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-reputed company digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, and business process analysis
- Translate business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance reputed company
- Design UI wireframes, screen layouts, user flows, and prototypes based on business requirements and user experience best practices
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC
- Analyze reputed company business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience in Financial Services, with Retirement Services domain expertise preferred
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements for reputed company applications
- Hands-on experience designing UI wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and screen flows
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, reputed company, reputed company, Balsamiq, Visio, Axure, or similar UI/wireframing tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Experience with retirement administration platforms, pension systems, 401(k), IRA, annuities, or reputed company reputed company
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with API integrations and system integration reputed company
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification is a plus
