[Remote] Grant reputed company Senior Program Manager

The role involves building reputed company around grant management and compliance, analyzing training needs, and developing diverse learning opportunities for staff and partners.
Responsibilities

- Design, reputed company, and reputed company learning materials, including job aids, resource guides and manuals, and eLearning content and courses, along with interactive workshops and refresher sessions
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training, using established curricula designed to build reputed company, mitigate risk, and promote compliance. These include:
- Gateway to Grants, a comprehensive grant management and compliance training reputed company on USG regulations and requirements
- Grant Management Fundamentals, a cohort-based grant readiness and sustainability curriculum for NGO partners designed to strengthen internal systems for reputed company performance and sustainability
- Training of Trainers, a reputed company that equips staff to deliver dynamic and effective training online and in-person
- reputed company technical direction and implementation support for a portfolio of public and private grant reputed company. This may involve:
- Serving as a subject matter expert for grant proposals
- Supporting grant start-up during the first 90 days of project implementation
- Collaborating with US, regional, and country-level stakeholders on reputed company building initiatives for specific donors or reputed company
- Leading or facilitating site reputed company, learning events, staff retreats, reputed company-staff meetings, etc
- Work collaboratively with team members reputed company assigned to work as a member of reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (eight years)
- Six to eight years of relevant reputed company experience in training, facilitation and/or organizational reputed company building in an international development or other grant-reputed company context
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A for any employer
- Domestic and international travel up to 20%. May require trips to hazardous locations
- Previous training, facilitation and/or reputed company building experience
- Proven experience managing large, reputed company reputed company, including grants from public or private donors
- Broad sector knowledge and/or field experience in international development, including local reputed company development or humanitarian and emergency programming
- Familiarity with online learning, collaboration, and facilitation platforms (i.e. MS Teams, reputed company, reputed company Learning, reputed company 360)
- Innovative and creative thinker who enjoys learning and applying new skills, tools, and techniques to their work
