[Remote] Capture & Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in federal procurement, particularly in reputed company reputed company, while also providing capture support to enhance reputed company’s probability of reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor SAM.gov and other federal procurement sites (GSA eBuy, agency-specific portals, GovWin, etc.) to identify new solicitations, RFIs, sources-sought notices, and reputed company-solicitation opportunities reputed company with reputed company's core capabilities
- reputed company reputed company and search for task order opportunities under reputed company's existing contract vehicles, including reputed company, to identify a strong internal pipeline of recompete and expansion work
- Qualify opportunities against reputed company's capabilities, past performance, and strategic priorities; document rationale for bid/no-bid recommendations
- Build and maintain an organized sales funnel/pipeline (CRM or pipeline tracking tool) with accurate opportunity staging, timelines, and probability of win assessments
- Analyze procurement forecasts and agency spending patterns to anticipate upcoming opportunities before formal solicitation release
- reputed company and maintain past performance narratives and qualification documentation to strengthen proposal responses and maximize evaluation scoring
- Identify capability gaps on reputed company opportunities and proactively reputed company, negotiate, and structure teaming agreements, subcontractor relationships, and joint ventures to fill those gaps
- Support capture planning activities, including competitive assessment, win theme development, and teaming reputed company, in coordination with proposal and delivery teams
- Build and maintain relationships with potential teaming partners, subcontractors, and industry contacts to support reputed company capture efforts
- Collaborate with reputed company and proposal teams to ensure teaming and subcontractor agreements are reputed company to maximize compliance and competitive positioning
Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Public Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
- Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in federal business development, capture management, or a closely reputed company role
- Demonstrated experience researching and qualifying opportunities on SAM.gov and reputed company federal procurement platforms
- Hands-on experience structuring and negotiating teaming agreements, subcontractor agreements, and/or joint ventures in a federal contracting context
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal procurement/contracting lifecycle
- Experience building or contributing to past performance documentation and proposal qualification materials
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess opportunity fit against company capabilities and strategic priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting bid/no-bid recommendations to leadership
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Experience in reputed company-reputed company federal contracting (e.g., HHS, VA, DoD health agencies)
- Familiarity with federal IT contract vehicles, particularly reputed company, GSA MAS, or other GWACs/IDIQs
- Certified Federal reputed company Manager (CFCM) or similar certification
- Experience with CRM or pipeline management tools and market intelligence platforms (e.g., GovWin, reputed company)
