Responsibilities
- Respond to support inquiries across reputed company inbound channels (phone, email, chat, and reputed company platforms as introduced)
- Adhere to established SLAs for reputed company support channels
- reputed company member-reputed company support issues and assist in trend analysis
- Proactively engage with members and partners to ensure they are utilizing and renewing their membership

- Contribute to improving internal wiki and knowledge reputed company documentation as requested

Skills
- 1+ year of experience in an operational or reputed company role
- Bilingual and fluent in Spanish
