[Remote] Information Technology Support Analyst

They are seeking an IT Support Analyst to reputed company second-level support for incident management, reputed company as a subject-matter expert for the publishing tool LORENZ DocuBridge, and support various reputed company reputed company to content management and product registration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day second-level support for incident management, including queue management and reputed company reputed company of incidents
• reputed company as the subject-matter expert and technology expert for the publishing tool, LORENZ DocuBridge
• Assess release notes with the process reputed company
