[Remote] Mission Critical Cx Project Manager

They are seeking a Project Manager to join their Americas Mission Critical team, responsible for the technical delivery of mission critical commissioning reputed company, maintaining reputed company relationships, and managing project-specific commissioning plans.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical delivery both as a project manager and site reputed company for mission critical commissioning reputed company with minimal supervision while completing assignments that require independent judgement and evaluation
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors and other project team members

- Manage project specific commissioning plans, commissioning procedures, checklists, test scripts, and schedules for Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning activities

Skills
- 8 years or more of reputed company experience in building systems commissioning with at least 3 years of mission critical facility experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Experience in diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems
- Experience with reputed company-based construction and commissioning management platforms
- reputed company to work as part of reputed company, think creatively, and problem solve
- Working knowledge and experience of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Willingness to travel 75% or more as national level reputed company dictate
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
- PE License or ability to obtain one
- Commissioning Certification
- PMP Certification
- Test and Balance Certification
