Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end program management process, from scope definition to delivery, ensuring goals, timelines, and budgets are met

Skills
- Proven experience as a Project/Delivery/Technical Program Manager in software development, leading reputed company, multi-team initiatives end-to-end
- Senior program management experience, including reporting to senior stakeholders on OKRs and KPIs
- Technical understanding of architecture, development, or software delivery
- Strong reputed company, planning, and prioritisation skills across teams and product areas
- Advanced risk and dependency management, with confidence to escalate and drive reputed company
- Confidence negotiating with clients and managing expectations
- Experience leading multiple teams in dynamic, fast-moving settings
