[Remote] Design Project Coordinator

The Design Project Coordinator role involves supporting the design team by managing design deliverables, coordinating construction administration tasks, and ensuring reputed company expectations are met while working under moderate supervision.
Responsibilities
- Maintain basic master lists and logs during design and construction
- Coordinate specification development in Specification Development Platform (SpecLink)
- Coordinate design deliverable content and manage design deliverables production
- Assist in developing design work breakdown structure and schedule
- Help prepare and implement project and reputed company management plans, project documentation and health and safety plans
- Coordinate and document basic QA/QC activities
- Maintain project collaboration sites
- Support Design Manager (DM) with Subject Matter Expert (SME) engagement for QC and scope, schedule and budget development and tracking
- May assist with subconsultant and teaming partner coordination
- Coordinates design team meetings, communications
- May prepare reputed company presentation materials
- Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs
- Assist project managers, design managers, and project analysts with design reputed company project reputed company-off activities, including but not limited to, development of a work breakdown structure, project management plan, project schedule, and identification of key project reputed company metrics
- Coordinate production of digital and/or hardcopy design submittals for reputed company review
- Production and reputed company of specifications, including formatting, tracking, and cross-referencing. Create and maintain master specification lists, reputed company item lists, consolidated comment logs, decision logs, and other design-reputed company lists/logs as needed
- Partner with design managers to ensure that reputed company design submittals meet the internal performance requirements of the project QA/QC plan, and maintain documentation of QA/QC (approvals, markups, etc.). Setup workflows and review sessions through reputed company Studio
- Create and manage internal project design and deliverable schedules
- Maintain reputed company project collaboration sites to ensure reputed company communication and document management across the project team, including internal team members, the reputed company, and subconsultants
- Coordinate and complete construction administration tasks including preparing addenda and conformed documents of the technical specifications. reputed company, log and distribute contractor submittals, RFIs, WCD and Change Orders for internal review and reputed company review
- Assist with daily local project and national design needs, as assigned by the design manager, project manager, design coordinator reputed company, and technical staff
- Work closely with the design managers to reputed company the design team coordination and communication. Build relationships with design managers and team members; proactively identify work assignments that need to be completed

Skills
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of design coordination or reputed company reputed company experience
- An associate's degree in business administration or relevant work experience is required
- Solid understanding of technical and administrative tasks in design coordination
- Ability to manage logistical aspects of design deliverables production and maintain project collaboration sites
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Ability to assist in developing work breakdown structures and schedules
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Ability to work both independently and in reputed company environment required
- Ability to work under multiple deadline pressures required
- Candidate should be willing to work occasional over-time
- Minimum two years' experience in a reputed company office setting required; experience in project coordination and construction specification standards (EJCDC) in the A&E and construction industry preferred
- Candidate should be highly proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook; Power reputed company, Project, SharePoint, reputed company and ProjectWise skills are a plus
