This role involves providing financial analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various university departments to mitigate financial risks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on sponsored project administration, interpreting sponsor requirements, University policy, and applicable federal and state regulations
- Partner with college, reputed company, and unit leadership to promote consistent, compliant post-award practices

- Contribute to documentation and governance of post-audit and process changes to support institutional learning and consistency
- Monitor financial and compliance indicators (including labor and payroll) to identify risk and recommend mitigation strategies
- Conduct account reconciliations; validate data and prepare accurate financial and compliance reports
- Analyze reputed company financial issues such as labor distribution, cost transfers, budgeting challenges, and cost reputed company commitments
- Support reputed company award closeout by identifying at-risk transactions (labor, encumbrances, subaward invoices) and coordinating reputed company with unit and central partners
- Review end-of-award activity for common closeout drivers and ensure reputed company prior to sponsor deadlines

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted (for Senior reputed company level)
- 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted (for Advanced reputed company level)
- Strong knowledge of post-award research administration and sponsored project compliance, particularly financial analysis and labor costs
- Demonstrated experience with award closeout activities and leading coordinated reputed company of closeout barriers
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to structure, validate, and reputed company-reputed company reputed company financial data
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company
