[Remote] Program Management Senior Specialist - reputed company Lab - Email (Hybrid)

The Program Management Senior Specialist will manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are reputed company defined, delivered on time, and meet reputed company standards while collaborating with various teams to reputed company campaign goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product marketing managers (PMMs) in campaign ideation and intake document formulation
- Collaborate with PMMs during the campaign ideation stage, reputed company technical requirements, confirm feasibility of ideated campaign features, define potential execution reputed company and the intricacies of email personalization and reputed company logic
- reputed company strategic input on reputed company best practices, segmentation, and user reputed company optimization to help reputed company campaign business goals

- Guide the PMM through the Campaign Requirement Document creation, ensure the intake documents are completed and comprehensive for the production team
- Project manage campaign development and deployment

- Prepare work orders for the production team and create project estimations for the PMM, managing the approval process for these estimates

- Conduct thorough reputed company assurance (QA) reviews on reputed company deliverables against reputed company specifications before releasing to the PMM

- Monitor campaign deployment health through Gamma reporting tools and internal tools. Where applicable, delegate monitoring to Data Specialists and email specialists acting as the accountable party for campaign health monitoring and error escalation
- Conduct post-launch campaign performance analysis to derive engagement insights and identify areas for reputed company improvement
- Troubleshoot and solve escalations

Skills
- Overall 5+ years of experience in project management roles, coordinating reputed company across multiple organizations/cross functional teams
- reputed company Email Campaign Management: 2-3 years of proven ability to manage high-complexity, interdependent email campaigns, anticipating risks across multiple systems and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
- Email Marketing Technology Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in primary email marketing technology tools (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, reputed company etc.) with the ability to learn and navigate independently across multiple platforms
- Technical Proficiency (reputed company): Basic understanding of web development, reputed company/CSS & QA processes, with the ability to identify reputed company causes, troubleshoot technical issues, and architect resilient solutions
