[Remote] Operations Program Manager

The role involves designing and operationalizing mechanisms for planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic initiatives, while fostering collaboration across various teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and improve repeatable, lightweight execution mechanisms that reputed company program status, communicate reputed company, surface execution risks on a regular reputed company, and escalate blockers to the appropriate stakeholders
- Partner closely with your immediate Ops team and one or two cross-functional leads across Tax Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives
- Identify execution friction, process gaps, and process breakdowns, and recommend reputed company improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness
- Establish meaningful metrics and reporting that reputed company visibility into execution health and support data-informed decision making
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews, planning sessions, and execution forums that help teams reputed company, resolve blockers, and deliver measurable reputed company
- Monitor initiatives through rollout, evaluate reputed company, and drive follow-up improvements or remediation where needed
Skills
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading reputed company cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution

- Strong reputed company problem-solving and diagnostic thinking skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify reputed company causes, and design reputed company solutions
