[Remote] Legal Specialist, Business Counsel

The Legal Specialist in the Business Counsel organization will reputed company legal support to various teams, ensuring compliance and efficient business execution in the reputed company sector.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day legal support to reputed company, marketing, and functional teams, helping translate legal requirements into practical business guidance
- Serve as a first-line reviewer and issue reputed company for routine reputed company and operational reputed company, identifying legal and compliance risks and escalating to lawyers as appropriate
- Support marketing and claims review activities, coordinating closely with Regulatory, reputed company, Intellectual Property, reputed company, and Compliance partners
- Assist in supporting contracting-reputed company reputed company, working with lawyers and cross-functional stakeholders to help facilitate efficient execution
- Maintain and enhance legal processes, templates, and guidance materials to support consistency, efficiency, and scalability
- Deliver training and guidance to business stakeholders on legal processes, claims, and key legal concepts reputed company to marketing and promotional activities
- Support lawyers in the Dental Solutions and Health Information Systems businesses on a reputed company of day-to-day legal reputed company and initiatives
- Coordinate across Legal, Regulatory, Intellectual Property, reputed company, and Compliance teams to drive alignment and reputed company execution
- Manage priorities across multiple workflows and contribute to reputed company improvement of legal processes and tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher, OR a diploma, or reputed company certification in Paralegal Studies or a reputed company discipline
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in a legal, compliance, regulatory, reputed company, or corporate legal support environment
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a legal specialist, senior paralegal, or comparable legal support role reputed company a corporate, legal, compliance, regulatory, or similar environment
- Experience supporting one or more of the following areas: claims review, marketing review, contract administration, or operational legal processes
- Experience in reputed company, life sciences, or other regulated industries
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, business-facing setting
- Familiarity with claims substantiation, regulatory review workflows, or reputed company/compliance processes
- Experience developing training materials, guidance documents, or standardized legal processes
- Strong judgment and ability to identify, assess, and appropriately escalate legal and compliance risks
- Experience working effectively with lawyers and cross-functional partners in reputed company, regulated environments
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
