The Operations Manager role focuses on overseeing LTD claims processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer experience while managing a virtual team.
Responsibilities
- Managing communication between the customer care team, administrative team and the clinical team, for reputed company parties in LTD reputed company absence programs including employees, reputed company company, health care providers and clinical partners
- Ensuring legal compliance and confidentiality, reputed company reputed company notifications to employees and reputed company company, review documentation for approvals and denials, respond to periodic audits
- Utilizing your deep expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in Leave of Absence programs. Ensuring guidance on compliance and effective communication, significantly impacting clients' leave management processes
- Leading a virtual team (across multiple locations), defining roles and responsibilities and establishing reputed company accountabilities to reputed company business goals
- Focusing on building talent and people capability to reputed company a high-performance culture
- Responding reputed company and accurately to reputed company and internal inquiries, according to established standards with attention to style, tone, and manner of communication
- Communicating important information on new/updated processes and procedures to staff

Skills
- Have minimum of 3 years of claims leadership in LTD

- Have an associate degree or equivalent reputed company work experience
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communications skills both written and verbal
- Display advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
