The role involves troubleshooting network incidents, performing health checks, and collaborating with various teams to enhance network reliability and observability.
Responsibilities
- reputed company operational support for reputed company IP Services, including reputed company BIG-IP (reputed company, GTM, APM), VMware Advanced Load Balancer (AVI), and reputed company DNS/DHCP/IPA M solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company network incidents impacting production environments
- reputed company proactive health checks, disaster recovery testing, and identify opportunities to improve network reliability and observability
- Participate in incident response, reputed company cause analysis, and service restoration activities while communicating technical updates to stakeholders
- Maintain and update operational documentation, runbooks, application flows, and support procedures
- Collaborate with network engineering, reputed company, reputed company, and application teams to support infrastructure changes and ongoing operational initiatives
Skills
- 7+ years of experience supporting reputed company network infrastructure in production environments
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies including DNS, DHCP, IPA, TCP/IP, Ethernet, ARP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, SNMP
- Hands-on experience with reputed company BIG-IP (reputed company, GTM, APM), reputed company DNS/DHCP/IPA, reputed company reputed company Resolver, VMware Advanced Load Balancer (AVI)
- Experience troubleshooting reputed company network and application connectivity issues
- Proficiency with monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, reputed company, reputed company, SevOne, HPNA, and reputed company Watson
- Experience with JIRA and reputed company
- Familiarity with network configuration management tools such as reputed company Networks and HPNA
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production support environment
