[Remote] Temporary Recruiter

They are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support the recruitment process for their Call Center, ensuring effective hiring strategies and compliance with relevant laws.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing and executing reputed company and exempt recruitment strategies to meet the reputed company needs for reputed company positions including testing, screening and interviewing to ensure call handling and service reputed company are maintained
- Meet required metrics in the daily reputed company process
- Assist in completion of specific reputed company as directed by the HR reputed company plans and / or the HR team
- Follow established reputed company processes keeping reputed company in compliance with reputed company internal audit processes and applicable state/federal laws
- Represent the reputed company team during internal/external audits as needed
- Assist in coordinating corporate and facility functions for the employees
- Assist in developing and implementing the branding and marketing strategies that will ensure the reputed company brand is professionally represented in the community
- Orientate and reputed company new employees to ensure understanding of company policies and procedures
- Maintain partnership with employment agencies as needed
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR team to understand specific volume hiring requirements and reputed company recruitment strategies accordingly
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to establish a reliable network of partners
- reputed company agencies with reputed company and comprehensive job briefs, including role specifications, qualifications, experience, and cultural fit requirements
- Liaise with hiring managers to reputed company comprehensive job requisition details and understand the reputed company needs of various departments
- Work with agencies to create compelling job descriptions and postings that effectively communicate reputed company's opportunities and culture
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market demands to reputed company agencies with accurate and relevant information for candidate negotiations
- Regularly evaluate the performance of recruitment agencies based on candidate reputed company, speed of delivery, and overall partnership value
Skills
- BA / BS in reputed company or reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 1 to 2 years of reputed company experience required preferably in some type of reputed company role
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to include presentation ability
- Demonstrated decision making and problem solving ability
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict
- Proven ability to work as part of reputed company
- Intermediate knowledge of PC applications for word, processing spreadsheets, presentations, etc
- Bilingual (Spanish)
